- The Launch Excellence PMO is instrumental of Pfizer willingness to ensure successful launches of Pfizer breakthroughs in France.
- The Launch Excellence PMO leverages best-in-class cross-functional and global-local project management and coordination as early as 3 years prior to launch.
- The Launch Excellence PMO works in close collaboration with the Launch Excellence Lead (LEL) in France to recommend prioritization and propose the right level of support and resources on the different launches.
- This role also acts like a liaison across the organization for knowledge sharing, offering workshop support in development of distinctive insights that enable asset teams to maximize the value of their assets.
- Process expert. Knowledgeable on how to implement the Enterprise Launch Approach (ELA) via the GLocal model using the standard tech, tools and processes.
- Supports the Launch Excellence Lead (LEL) on building a consolidated country view of upcoming launches in France and key priorities and optimal resources.
- Key point of contact of IDM Commercial Office, Global Launch Navigators for his/her assets, and other PMO/ LEL members of IDM ELA Community.
- Be the Digital Launch Planning Platform (DLPP) expert and DRIVER.
- Support local XFT (Commercial, Medical, H&V/CA, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Supply..) , to complete DLPP and collect data, and prepare future patients access to innovations
- Drive the teams to achieve timely execution of plan milestones using DLPP.
- Generate the reports required, Cross-functional Team, leadership.
- Spot gaps in Global and Local milestones
- Support effective local Cross-functional Team operations and local to Global collaboration and communication.
- Establish efficient cross-functional Ways of Working and meeting cadence.
- Identify key areas of focus in local cross-functional asset team discussions.
- Collects and establishes best practices for launch preparation activities.
- Ensure consistent standards for launch preparation across BUs.
- Supports the LEL on building a standardized and localized forecasting methodology incl. impactable sales and stand up a formal review process to pressure test across assets.
- Incorporates new product planning into overall BU Cx experience plans working closely with respective BU commercial & medical teams and H&V.
- Aligns with the global launch teams to exchange best-practices of launch excellence, and share with local French XFT and French Communities (MKT, Commercial, Medical ) as appropriate.
- Best-in-class project management skills and track record of relevant experiences
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical product launches in France is a plus, ideally with an understanding of EAP particularities.
