  At NTT DATA Business Solutions, we’re currently recruiting an SCM Graduate with focus on SAP Supply Chain Management to join our 1-year Nordic Graduate Program, starting in September 2025.

  Are you about to, or have recently, graduated from University with an Academic Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or similar ? Our Trainee Program will help you launch your career.

  You'll become part of a fast-growing, international tech consultancy firm and receive hands-on experience, real client exposure, and expert mentoring from day one.

  This is your opportunity to work with some of the largest companies in Sweden and help them navigate financial transformation using the latest SAP technologies.

  What You’ll Be Doing

  • Join a Nordic graduate team and take part in a structured training program for future consultants.
  • Develop core consulting skills while specializing i n Supply Chain Management (e.g., Warehouse Management, Material Flow Optimization, Transportation Management, Yard Management and SAP technologies/products.
  • Work toward certifications in relevant SAP S/4HANA modules.
  • Get involved in real client projects from the beginning, working alongside experienced consultants and with the support of a dedicated mentor.
  • Gain valuable experience across industries and build a strong foundation in business technology consulting.

  What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant an Academic Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or similar.
  • A strong interest digital transformation, and technology.
  • A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach and a positive, engaging attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordics as needed.
