      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and lead a team of 5 laundry staff members, providing hands-on training and support
      - Manage stain treatment processes and maintain records of treated items
      - Engage in laundry tasks, ensuring all items meet quality standards
      - Oversee the operation and maintenance of laundry equipment to minimize downtime
      - Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in laundry operations
      - Hands-on experience with stain treatment and laundry machine operation
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team
      - Experience in inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels
      - Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for long periods

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Valid First Aid/CPR certification
      - Comfort and adaptability in living and working in harsh northern climates
      - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
