      Passionate and enthusiastic students curious about seeing & participating in the day-to-day operations and projects of high-end luxury brands in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, & accessories industries.

      YOU ARE

      Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s.

      You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.

      Role Overview

Building upon Richemont’s top-ranking Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) achievements, the Group has further stepped up its sustainability focus at the Executive and Board levels at Group and the Regions. The Sustainability Intern will support the Head of Sustainability with the execution of the strategy through projects, research on emerging ESG topics, employee engagement, and social impact activities. The intern will report to the Head of Sustainability and support sustainability projects in the Region (the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Mexico).

      YOUR MISSION

      Our purpose is to create a collaborative ecosystem to craft a sustainable future across our business. Richemont Americas Sustainability Team will welcome a university/college student to assist in the following:

      • Contribute to a variety of research methods to analyze, report, and provide recommendations for sustainability projects and programs

      • Aide in the development and implementation of social impact initiatives and events; with hands-on opportunities for the entire scope (from ideation to execution) of initiatives

      • Help instill a human-centered and collaborative culture in the company by assisting with internal engagement programs and data collection and reporting projects

      • Translate sustainability achievements into effective designs and workflows and using this information to help present to various levels of the business

      • Assist with organizing and tracking multiple activities and projects

      • Contribute to the creation of learning tools, awareness campaigns and onboarding material for employees

      • Provide support to Richemont and Laureus initiatives and events

      • Work to support internal communication campaigns (e.g., articles, featured wins and highlights of events and initiatives)

      • Long term project:

      • Assist in developing communications and learning & development material to promote the revised ESG Framework strategy. It includes reviewing specific focus areas, program design, promotion and communication approaches, and evaluation procedures

      YOUR PROFILE

      • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application

      • Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

      • At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success

      • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives

      • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program

      • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships

      • Full availability between June 3rd to August 9th

      *Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel

      This is a paid internship.

      Hourly rate is between $20-25/hourly.
