      Department Overview:

      We are a lawn care, landscape, and snow removal company incorporated in 2021. We work on both residiential and commercial properties. Mowing, maintenance, laying sod, fertilzer and weed control, tree pruning and removal, landscaping, and snow removal.

      The landscaping work includes building new beds and maintaining existing ones, planting flowers, trees, and bushes, installing mulch or stone.

      The snow removal consists of using snow blowers and shovels to remove snow from walks and driveways and spreading salt or sand on the walks and drives.

      Schedule:

      We work Monday thru Friday from 7am until at least 3:30pm. Due to rain days we sometimes work weekends and sometimes work later in the day, possibly until dark.

      Salary/Wage Range:

      Hourly $20.00 to $25.00

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      We are looking for a couple of more people to join our crews. Transportation is provided from job site to job site, you will be responsible for transportation to the original meeting location. We offer a daily per deim to be used for food items purchased at Kwik Trip.

      The hours are flexible and we can work with almost any schedule as long as you commit to working a regular schedule. For instance, if you are only available on Tue and Thu from 7am to 4pm, we would expect you to work those hours every week. We need someone to be able to work at least 2 days a week between Mon & Sat. During our busy season you could work full time if your available.

      The starting pay rate is $20 per hour. If you are reliable, hard working, and take pride in doing a good job, your pay will rise very quickly!

      This is a payroll position, NOT cash. You will be covered by workers compensation insurance and unemployment insurance.

      A valid drivers license is desireable, but not required.

      Qualifications:

      Ability to work in hot conditions. Expereience with any lawncare or landscape equipment is beneficial, but not required.

      Physical Demands

      Heat, sometimes some heavy lifting.
