In this role, you'll:
Be working in the Commercial, Technology & Property team, where you will assist in the provision of legal advice and research on, and management of, a range of commercial and contract matters to support the business and operations of all agencies within Transport for NSW.
You will provide support to senior people in the team and instruct law firms and barristers on matters.
We currently have two temporary opportunities we are trying to fill (up to 12 months and up to 24 months)

About you
You are an enthusiastic Lawyer who has tertiary qualifications in law and currently holds a practising certificate in NSW. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years post qualification experience ideally working on commercial and contract matters.
You will have advanced written communication skills and be able to draft succinct and well structured documents. You will also have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to convey technical legal concepts clearly.
You will have exceptional time management skills and be able to work collaboratively in a busy and high performing team.
You will model the highest standards of integrity and professional conduct.
