Job summary
Fixed Term or Secondment (18 months) - 30 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic project support administrator with excellent organisational skills to support the Learning Disabilities and Autism Team with the Oliver McGowan programme.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to organise and prioritise workflow, you will be proficient in scheduling and managing a variety of tasks with competing deadlines. A key element of this role is engaging with senior stakeholders across South Yorkshire therefore having good interpersonal skills is essential.
This is an excellent role for someone wishing to gain experience working within programme/project management to develop their skills and knowledge should they wish to progress into project management in the future.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of a team delivering an effective project support service; providing efficient and effective administrative project support to the team.
The post holder will be responsible for setting up and administering project meetings, steering groups, workshops and events including completion of minutes and action logs.
The post holder will be required to update online systems such as the project management systems and use Microsoft Teams.
The programme is fast paced so you will need to be dynamic and have the ability to multi-task and manage own workload effectively.
