What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market analytics, delivering insights that drive actions
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to surface key sales metrics
- Conduct deep-dive analyses using Salesforce and Snowflake data to uncover growth opportunities
- Develop forecasting and segmentation models to support revenue planning
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to sales leaders, influencing leadership decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10 years of experience in analytics, sales strategy, or business operations
- Deep proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large, complex datasets
- Strong experience with Looker and other BI tools for building dashboards
- Expertise in working with Salesforce CRM, including querying and interpreting sales data
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to make complex data understandable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in partnering with SaaS sales and marketing leaders to solve go-to-market challenges
- Familiarity with LookML for building advanced dashboards
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from problem framing to delivery
- A strong data-first thinker with a passion for shaping sales strategy
