      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide operational expertise and leadership for clinical site monitoring on clinical trials
      - Lead and train assigned Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) throughout the study lifecycle
      - Review monitoring visit reports and metrics to ensure compliance and identify trends
      - Conduct regular meetings with CRA teams to share updates and best practices
      - Ensure CRAs maintain sites as inspection-ready at all times

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required, preferably in life sciences or related discipline
      - Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Research experience, with at least 3 years in clinical site monitoring
      - Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
      - Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial systems
      - Excellent management skills with experience leading remote teams
