Managing all the program and project delivery on SharePoint and Power Aps in the hyper automation space.
Accountable for building relationships and working closely with IT BTG collaborators/BRMs for automation pipeline curation, innovation and continuous improvements
Evaluating opportunities for business benefit with financial calculations from IT perspective
Engaging with wider project delivery teams and SMEs to assess feasibility and design solutions incl. proof of concept (where applicable)
Driving engagement strategies, governance, risk management practices, etc.
Inputs into Scrum master & Head of Platform Engineering towards standards, continuous improvement opportunities
Contributing towards development of Hyperautomation strategy and identify/ evaluate/ select future technologies
Bringing up issues with stakeholders and other IT teams to remove roadblocks
Reporting of performance, delivery and financial metrics to stake holders
Works with the wider delivery teams to assist on automation delivery planning, cost estimation and develops delivery pods
Engages with stake holders in prioritizing demand / supply and manages in finetuning the backlog
Work with wider project delivery roles towards automation standards, continuous improvement opportunities, embedding lean ways of working while maintaining the appropriate levels of control
Collaborate with other wider project delivery roles for pipeline sharing / opportunity rationalization and determining the appropriate delivery vehicle / team within ECS
Extensive experience in IT delivery (incl. agile) for 5+ years.
Experience in working with matrix organizations/ globally distributed team. Manage scope of projects from inception to closure.
Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets
Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project achievements, control project scope and mitigate risks.
Ensure projects are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards
Extensive experience in SharePoint Power Apps application Development and maintenance, Power Apps/Data verse(CDS) development, Power Automate workflows, Power BI and Power VA
Good exposure to SPOL Client Side development, REST, NINTEX forms and Workflows.
Good understanding of web applications built on the Microsoft .NET framework(ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#) and basic understanding of JavaScript, XML,HTML ,CSS concepts
Understanding of SoX guidelines, GxP regulation and other compliance processes and experience in compliance/regulations related documentation
Familiarity with life sciences(Pharma) domain concepts, workflow and terminology
Basic understanding of JavaScript, XML,HTML ,CSS concepts
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Proactive approach to problem solving with strong Lateral and Critical thinking skills.
Self-learner and serious about remaining up to date with industry advancements. Ability to grasp and understand new technology and concepts
Strong presentation and reporting skills
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

This team provides technology leadership across the enterprise and possesses a comprehensive range of automation capabilities to deliver.
About the role
This role is accountable for the partnering with AZ business and IT collaborators for portfolio management and delivery of Sharepoint and PowerApps solutions including finding opportunities, developing business case (incl. ROI calculations), advising on technology solutions, establishing standards (incl. standard methodology adoption), supporting governance processes, etc.
