What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all New Product Development, Product Improvement, and Sustaining Changes for a product line
- Manage and delegate design tasks within the product area to meet project deadlines
- Maintain communication with manufacturing engineers to optimize designs from a manufacturing perspective
- Report project progress to engineering management, customers, and suppliers
- Develop and implement best practices and global standards in design processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert level CREO modeling expertise
- Technical/Associate Degree with 10 years of experience in a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of team leadership qualities and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members
- Familiarity with additional CAD and design software
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within engineering projects
