      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, modification, and analysis of electrical systems for power generation projects
      - Prepare technical specifications for EPC projects and major electrical equipment procurement
      - Coordinate system design activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and client requirements
      - Conduct detailed calculations, including power system studies and protective relay settings
      - Mentor less experienced engineers and assist project managers in project completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an ABET-accredited program
      - PE license highly preferred or ability to earn a PE license
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in power plant or industrial plant design
      - Experience with electrical system design, including medium and low voltage distribution
      - Proficiency in performing calculations using ETAP and/or SKM software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge and experience with instrumentation and controls engineering
      - Project management and business development experience
      - Familiarity with gas turbines for power generation
      - Construction and start-up experience
