What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and monitor multiple large-scale projects across various functional departments
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic clinical applications
- Conduct workflow assessments and analyze internal systems to identify functional requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users for application integration
- Provide ongoing training, support, and troubleshooting post-implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with nine (9) years of Epic application experience
- Minimum of 7 years of Epic application experience
- Epic certification(s) required
- Proficiency with information systems technology, including Microsoft Office Products
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a hospital or other healthcare organization
