Job Description
- Req#: 25297
- Lead business requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements for IT Cyber Security and Compliance projects such as Identity & Access Management (AM), Active Directory, Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Work with business partners and lead efforts to understand their access and identity requirements to bring requirements in line with enterprise standards.
- Ensure AD and HR sources of truth are integrated and partner with systems owners as required to ensure data is aligned across both sources.
- Working with application, architecture, and engineering teams to define strategies to identify and migrate applications to an identify system.
- Investigating legacy and on-prem applications reliant upon Active Directory.
- Work with business stakeholders in developing future state business process flows.
- Assist in developing business cases, project plans, communication plans, RACIs, and estimates.
- Identify and troubleshoot IAM tool alerts and drive resolution.
- Advanced experience with Sailpoint Identity and Access Management
- Experience working on IT Security or Compliance projects
- In-depth knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge Needed: Sailpoint Identity Now, Identity Access Management Systems, Windows Server knowledge, Active Directory operations w/in an enterprise environment, HRIS Systems, and Application Programing Interfaces (API) workflows
