LEAD INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

As a LEAD Intern, you will be immersing yourself in a comprehensive leadership program focusing on Resort Operations.

• You will gain Hands-on experience at one of our beautiful resorts, developing essential operations and leadership skills
• You will Rotate through all resort departments and enhance your knowledge and critical thinking
• You will Receive personalized mentoring from company leadership and network with teams and fellow LEAD interns

The LEAD program takes place over the summers (11-12 weeks)

Summer:

Comprehensive rotations focusing on operational procedures, advanced systems, and customer service within Hospitality. You will participate in the daily tasks to experience a day-in-the-life of Bluegreen Associates.

You will complete training rotations through the following departments:

• Housekeeping
• Security
• Engineering
• Activities (select resorts)
• Guest Services
• Food and Beverage (select resorts)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Senior
• Majoring in Hospitality, Tourism or Hotel Management
• Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
• Must have prior leadership experience (Extracurriculars, jobs, sports, etc.)
