Are you someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized space and enjoys leading a team? Staffmark is hiring a Lead Janitor for a well-established facility in Fullerton, CA. In this hands-on role, you'll guide and support a team of janitorial staff while ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and orderly. You'll play a key part in training team members, setting cleaning standards, and assisting with daily janitorial duties. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a leadership role, we'd love to meet you! Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday | Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hr. The Lead Janitor will support the Facilities Manager by coordinating and supervising janitorial staff, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet company standards. Responsibilities include training new team members, managing cleaning supply inventory, and enforcing company policies.
