      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
      - Translate complex business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
      - Drive agile product development for high-quality, impactful features

      - Guide and mentor product managers and product owners in execution and decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, life sciences, computer science, business, or related field preferred
      - 10-12 years of previous product management experience, specifically delivering detailed software features
      - 3-5 years leading products in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries
      - Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
      - Exceptional English communication and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in AI/ML and building intuitive user experiences at scale
      - Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps)
      - Demonstrated experience managing product execution in large, matrixed organizations
      - Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive software features
      - Proven capability to leverage user insights and data analytics for continuous improvement
