What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a team of 4-8 recruiters, using data to inform performance management
- Operationalize improvements to the recruiting process based on insights from Talent team data
- Coach direct reports to enhance the productivity and performance of the team
- Manage ATS and all internal job postings, implementing best practices
- Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates through various channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house settings
- At least two years of people management experience, overseeing a team of four or more recruiters
- Experience in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
