What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the lead distribution system and maintain lead routing rules
- Resolve reported lead routing issues and monitor cleanup tasks for duplicate records
- Collaborate with the Sales Admin team to create and maintain case escalation processes
- Analyze lead routing issues and recommend changes to improve efficiency
- Manage Salesforce record quality control to ensure accurate lead assignment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in information technology or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing lead routing and workflows
- Minimum 1 year of experience with development lead routing processes
- Proficiency with a CRM, such as Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent time management abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation system
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
