We are seeking a Lead Technical Trainer & eLearning Administrator. who will oversee Information Services & Technology's (IS&T) technical training programs for the Boston University's community. They will lead the departments efforts to craft, develop, coordinate, deliver, and assess IT-related training. This position is part technical trainer, part eLearning designer, part LMS admin. We seek a teammate who will work with partners to identify training needs and work with both internal and external resources to source and deliver required training. They will manage the design, development, and delivery of trainings asynchronous (SCORM), synchronous, online, and in-person, including leading all aspects of course schedules, room reservations, and training announcements.

      In addition to the development and delivery of training, they will serve as the system administrator of the eLearning (SumTotal) and tutorial registration systems. This position will also collaborate with other groups both in IS&T and across campus as needed to maintain usability and improvements for the training facilities and will be responsible for reporting on training activity and efficiency over time. They will seek out ways to continually improve our training offerings. This position is eligible to work from home up to two days a week.
