      What You’ll Do

      The leader of growth marketing is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies and tactics to further the sales process, nurture prospects, and grow share of wallet with existing clients. They will lead a team of growth marketers who collaborate with salespeople to create account plans and outreach strategies that are relevant to prospective business challenges and engage across multiple channels and platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account planning, product and solution marketing, digital marketing, analytics, and creativity.

      You'll report to the Vice President of Marketing.

      During a Typical Day, You’ll

      • Manage a team of Growth Marketers and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching.
      • Work closely with industry portfolio sales and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
      • Define, design and implement growth marketing strategies and collaborate to deliver sales enablement win kits and campaigns that align with the sales funnel and target segments.
      • Collaborate to optimize and experiment with different channels, platforms, messages, and tactics to increase conversions and retention.
      • Analyze and report on the performance and impact of growth marketing initiatives with support from the insights team.
      • Identify and collaborate to leverage new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve growth marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

      What You Bring to the Role

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
      • 15+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
      • Proven track record of delivering successful growth marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer loyalty.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Demonstrated leadership and team building while working in a collaborative environment.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
      • Proficient in using various marketing platforms, tools, and software.
      • Creative, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.
