Are motivated and driven self-starters with a passion for people and making a difference
Have successfully driven projects from concept to realization
Are comfortable working in ambiguity
Have previous experience working in a health-focused field
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment
Have an interest in leadership and a desire to develop others
The goal of both programs is that at the end, you will be placed into a role that aligns with business needs as well as your personal interests, leading to a rewarding leadership role with Labcorp!
Year One Rotation: Enterprise role (Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Strategic Partnerships, Finance, M&A, etc.)
Year Two Rotation: Business/operational role within a business unit/division or supporting a specific product within a function (e.g., Marketing, IT)
Pioneer strategic and innovative solutions to business challenges
Collaborate with leaders across the enterprise on top projects impacting their business
Demonstrate strong analytics and project management skills
Conduct market research into new technologies and new models for patient service delivery
Apply business skills in data analytics, reporting, and strategy
MBA or PhD degree, plus 5 years of previous experience
Experience collaborating with senior leaders, working in a complex global organization, as well as any banking or consulting background is preferred
Previous experience in corporate strategic planning, operations, commercial, marketing, technology or project management
