  Leadership Development Rotational Program – Enterprise Track

  Length of the Program: 2 years

  Location: Corporate office in Durham, NC; Remote working options considered; Up to 10% domestic and international travel

  Types of Roles:

  • Year One Rotation: Enterprise role (Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Strategic Partnerships, Finance, M&A, etc.)

  • Year Two Rotation: Business/operational role within a business unit/division or supporting a specific product within a function (e.g., Marketing, IT)

  Responsibilities:

  • Pioneer strategic and innovative solutions to business challenges

  • Collaborate with leaders across the enterprise on top projects impacting their business

  • Demonstrate strong analytics and project management skills

  • Conduct market research into new technologies and new models for patient service delivery

  • Apply business skills in data analytics, reporting, and strategy

  Prior Experience required:

  • MBA or PhD degree, plus 5 years of previous experience

  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders, working in a complex global organization, as well as any banking or consulting background is preferred

  • Previous experience in corporate strategic planning, operations, commercial, marketing, technology or project management
