- Ensure all work being performed by the crew complies with Company and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S standards
- Provide the crew direction as communicated by the Foreman
- Facilitate the creation of Safe Work Permits prior to the commencement of a task
- Promote a work environment in compliance with site quality standards and procedures
- Identify and communicate requirements for specific materials/tools
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of timesheets
- May perform other duties as assigned
- CSTS-09, CSO, or BSO
- Must be physically able to lift 50lbs
- Able to work well in a team environment

SUMMARY
The Leadhand is responsible for relaying clear work directions to their assigned crew as communicated by the Foreman.
Location: CNRL Sustaining - Fort McMurray, AB
Anticipated Start Date: March 13, 2025 or March 20, 2025
Shift: 7&7
Accommodation : Camp available
Travel: Flights provided from Edmonton or Calgary
Hourly Rate: $43.62 (Exclusive of employer contributions for vacation/statutory, health and welfare, RSP, pension, and education and training)
