If so, this LEAN Strategy / GPS (GSK Production System) Coach role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

      As a key step in the New GSK transformation, the company is investing heavily in its ability to govern, manage, and measure Innovation, Performance, Trust, and Culture. In this role, you will help define & enable our site strategy by managing and optimizing cross-functional business processes.

      This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

      • Work with Manager and central GPS (GSK Production System) community to set and implement the strategy for the site
      • Contribute to the development and use of relevant business performance indicators. Facilitate response to indicators through education and engagement with area owners.
      • Work autonomously to clarify problems and align people to solve those problems at all levels of the organization
      • Ensure business solutions are consistent with site objectives and effective change management principles.
      • Drive the execution of business-critical improvements across the site (i.e., lead-time, productivity) with direct and significant impact on the mid to long-term business results
      • Work with cross-functional customers to build continuous improvement & problem solving capability as part of the GSK production system
      • Actively measure the growth of continuous improvement capability across site
      • Provide LEAN Six Sigma, operational excellence advice, support, coaching and mentoring to all levels of the organization
      • Ensure best practice sharing, effective collaborative working, and synergies across the manufacturing teams
      • Provide facilitation and build GSK production system capabilities by developing/delivering training content
      • Partner with the GPS Manager to build GPS team capability

      Why you?

      Basic Qualifications:

      We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

      • Bachelor’s Degree AND minimum 2 years of experience with Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Operational Excellence (lean six sigma coaching implementation, strategic management or operational strategy)
      • In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years of experience with Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Operational Excellence (lean six sigma coaching implementation, strategic management or operational strategy)
      • At least Green Belt in LEAN/Six Sigma certified or industry equivalent (Agile, BPM, etc.)
      • Minimum 1-year experience directly utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma capability (could include: coaching, developing, training, continuous improvement, problem solving, 5S, standard work, statistical analysis, performance management, etc.)

      Preferred Qualifications:

      If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

      • 1+ year(s) experience directly coaching others on LEAN/Six Sigma capability
      • Experience with Biopharmaceuticals or other cGMP environment
      • Black Belt LEAN/Six Sigma Certification; or industry equivalent
      • Experience coaching business leaders on LEAN/Six Sigma methodology
      • Experience in data visualization, use of KPIs, and appropriate storytelling to drive continuous improvement
      • Change Management experience including leadership of complex projects/programs and teams
      • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
