- Experience in a business or office environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian is essential and any other European language is valuable.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English plus an additional language.
- Practical experience using Microsoft Office Applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work.
- Experience working within a team.
- Intellectually curious – taking ownership and driving your own development.

About Cielo University
The Learn to be a Recruiter Program Hungary is designed to upskill individuals with no recruitment experience into confident, consultative and expert recruiters at Cielo.
This will significantly improve our ability to be both a destination employer and a differentiator in the marketplace for talent.
The programme helps to develop skills through self-led learning and application via a robust Training Programme which covers the full recruitment cycle along with soft skills. Relevant learning sessions will be led by Senior Learning & Development Consultants at Cielo and self-led sessions hosted via our in-house training platform and Social Talent.
The 6-week full-time programme is for Talent based in Hungary and will act as an enabler for successful graduates to transition into an Associate Recruiter role supporting one of our prestigious Clients.
