      Job Description:

      The Learning Delivery Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and learning operations support to Hitachi’s employees, contractors, and learning partners as part of Hitachi’s overall talent development strategy and will closely partner with the Learning Management System (LMS) Technology team, HiNext team, and the Delivery Lead to ensure a seamless learning experience for Hitachi.

      Job Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate closely with CSS functional and delivery leads, HRBP’s, Learning Coordinators in business units, Group Companies, and the Business to strategically plan and execute talent development initiatives.

      • Maintain meticulous organization of Hitachi’s global course catalogue within the Learning Management System (LMS).

      • Oversee the precise administration of courses and sessions in the LMS, ensuring seamless session scheduling and logistics.

      • Keep learning stakeholders promptly informed about any updates regarding course availability and enrollment.

      • Facilitate the smooth scheduling, enrollment, and registration process for in-person, virtual, and online courses.

      • Coordinate with precision the accommodations required by learners, including transportation, dietary preferences, and accessibility needs.

      • Communicate and confirm all course logistics with learners, involving relevant stakeholders as necessary to ensure clarity and accuracy.

      • Collaborate effectively with LMS and technology teams to meticulously configure and manage learner profiles.

      • Maintain a keen focus on tracking and reporting overall learner attendance, course evaluations, instructor feedback, and learner satisfaction.

      • Serve as a dependable Producer, providing robust support to trainers to ensure the effective delivery of Global Programs.

      • Act as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 learning inquiries, consistently delivering solutions aligned with defined standards, and promptly escalating complex queries to the appropriate channels.

      Requirements:

      • Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Management) with 6-8 years of experience in the training function, including at least 3 years of managing learning operations and LMS. Experience in Global Business Services is highly beneficial.

      • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies, such as Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors, SumTotal, etc.

      • Familiarity with Service Management Tools like ServiceNow, CA, BMC Remedy, etc. is advantageous.

      • Showcase a strong process orientation, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities with precision in a fast-paced environment.

      • Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

      • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels with clarity and professionalism.

      • Adapt seamlessly to a global culture, collaborating seamlessly with teams across different geographies and time zones.

      • Deliver training programs to an impeccably high standard, ensuring they meet learner needs with meticulous attention to detail.

      • Prioritize a customer service mindset, consistently striving to provide a positive learner experience and addressing feedback promptly and effectively.

      • Demonstrate potential for people management responsibilities, displaying maturity, leadership qualities, and a commitment to continuous development.
