Job Description

Support development of a portfolio of curricula that cultivates strong learning across the organization and addresses complex business dilemmas, while developing employees’ career and professional interests
Optimize assigned portfolio's operations, including program analysis, evaluation, and deployment technologies
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design, facilitate, and coordinate courses, webinars, and workshops in both physical and virtual settings
Development of instructional materials (e-learning, facilitators guides, job aids, reference guides, audio and video scripts, story boards, navigational text, assessments, etc.) that transform complex information into professionally written, interactive multimedia learning experiences
Use technology, industry best practices, and alternative learning methods to develop new content and continuously improve existing training
Analyze metrics, key skill indicators, and learner feedback to measure success and sustainability of learning solutions
Collaborate with department stakeholders to share ideas, leverage work, and contribute to a culture of learning throughout the organization
Contribute to additional Learning and Enablement initiatives as needed
Bachelor's degree in training and development, human resources development, education, organizational psychology, or related field, 2+ years of learning and development related experience, or a combination of experience and education
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
Experience working cross-functionally to execute on projects and initiatives
Solid interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus
Experience using LMS and/or sales enablement software
Applicable learning credentials/certifications
Prior consulting experience
Prior technology or SaaS industry experience
Showpad administration experience
Experience building onboarding curriculums for new hires
