      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, and online training
      - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event delivery
      - Manage attendance, course records, and employee transcripts
      - Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain e-learning modules
      - Assist with training delivery and the development of training materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 - 5 years of related experience
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of SuccessFactors or other eLearning Management Systems
      - Degree in a learning or human resources-related field
      - Ability to tailor communication to match the intended audience
      - Experience working in fast-paced environments
