      As our Learning Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our learning products. You will play a key role in the learning journey for our colleagues across the business.

      What you'll do

      You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and management of learning content for the organisation, working with key stakeholders where you need specialist resource. Accountable for the review of learning content and the content lifecycle, you will ensure processes are in place to ‘end of life’ content with new product offers whilst also managing third-party content and associated reporting. You will own the relationship with our Product Technology team to ensure proper testing and coordination of SCORM / xAPI and other content within the Learning Management System, whilst also acting as the primary point of contact for ad hoc reporting and resolving mandatory learning issues.

      Collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders, project leads, and internal teams will be essential in successfully assigning learning and implementing changes. Leading a team of Learning Content Assistants, you will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts and drive the delivery of learning solutions. You will lead the review of content, sharing accurate data to key collaborators which contributes to the overall learning and development strategy.

      Who you are

      You have excellent project management, planning, and prioritisation skills, with demonstrable scheduling ability. Strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities are essential to collaborate with teams at all levels in the organisation, while your leadership and motivational skills are necessary for managing and inspiring your team. As an excellent communicator, you are able to easily translate complex information both written or verbally, whilst being comfortable presenting to stakeholders. Your experience and knowledge in SCORM, xAPI, content authoring tools and learning management systems enable you to effectively navigate content administration and support the development of learning solutions.

      With a meticulous eye for detail in copy editing, subbing, testing and inclusive design practices, you also have a tenacious ability to understand the complexities of learning assignments. Comfortable with ambiguity, you thrive in an environment of rapid change and competing priorities. Always proactive and self-driven, you develop your own knowledge and commercial awareness, whilst keeping update to date with the latest trends in innovation and change in the industry.
