The Learning Coordinator is responsible for administration of the learning and development lifecycle for the Talent and Learning Development team by providing training calendar support activities, scheduling, query management, logistics, vendor management, training record maintenance, reporting on training activities and results, and billing support services. You will manage training requests and requirements for classroom-based training, e-learning, and virtual training support so that courses and programs are engaging and run smoothly. You will assist with content coordination of learning and development activities and update the relevant content of the talent and training programs. You will have impact and add value in your professional or technical discipline or specialty by delivering support services or activities.
This position supports our Enterprise Division, based in Atlanta, GA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Course and learning program coordination and deployment
· Learning Management System course administration such as updating training and course records, enrolling individuals in courses, creating course rosters, updating attendance records and closing completed courses
· Participant and manager communications related to learning and development activities
· Support Talent Process and Performance Cycle efforts as needed
· RheemNet learning site maintenance
· Billing, invoice and expense related support services
· Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.

· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 3+ years experience in a learning support, office management, HR assistant, or similar type function.
· Proactive, approachable and receptive to change

· Excellent communicator in both written and verbal communications.
· Effectively manages conflicting priorities, copes well under pressure, and works well during time constraints.
· Proactively addresses issues, resolves problems, and makes appropriate recommendations or proposes acceptable and appropriate alternative solutions.
· Excellent Computer Skills: (Microsoft Office 360)

HOW TO STAND OUT:
· Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field.
· Experience entering, obtaining, and reporting on data from a learning management system
