      Training Coordinator

      Join our dynamic Amazon Australia Learning Team at the Horsley Park Fulfilment Centre and contribute to elevating our training standards for associates.       A Day in the Life

      As a Training Coordinator, your days will be filled with engaging activities aimed at enhancing associate skills and knowledge. You'll work closely with trainers to develop and deliver training programs, ensuring associates are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. Additionally, you'll spend time on the warehouse floor, gaining firsthand experience in various processes to better understand associate needs and challenges.

      Night Shift Pattern:

      This is a Night Shift role. The shift times are
      Mon-Thu 18:30 pm -04:30am

      Key Job Responsibilities

      Develop, deliver, and assess training programs for associates

      Manage data entry tasks related to training rosters

      Support trainers in delivering effective training and coaching sessions

      Evaluate and monitor training efforts to ensure effectiveness

      Maintain proficiency in warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement

      - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
      - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
      - High school or equivalent
      - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required- Workplace training experience ideal but not necessary
      - Able to give and receive feedback effectively
      - Effective time management skills, exemplary attendance and punctuality
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
      - A forklift licence would be advantageous
