      Responsibilities

      The Agency Learning team at State Farm is seeking an energetic Learning Delivery Facilitator who:

      • Applies understanding of contemporary facilitation and training methods in training delivery
      • Researches and consults on the development needs of modern learners
      • Understands performance-based training and development solutions and is responsible for effective implementation and/or delivery of a wide variety of performance-based solutions
      • Deploys and administers level appropriate content to identified and required audience
      • Effectively communicates information around business area programs and materials developed for the Enterprise
      • Tracks and analyzes programs and provides metrics

      Hybrid Work Environment:

      • Selected applicants should plan to spend time working virtually and in the office
      • Location of Hybrid work only in Bloomington, IL and the Hubs of Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX or Tempe, AZ
      • Remote work will not be considered and relocation will not be offered

      Additional Details:

      • May work irregular hours or varied hours based on Time Zones and business need
      • This is a NON-EXEMPT role
      • Job may require incumbent travel via commercial transportation or driving motor vehicles to State Farm facilities, professional association meetings, seminars, and other locations

      Qualifications

      Competitive Candidates:

      • Possess a Series 6 Security License or be willing to obtain the Series 6 License
      • Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching ability
      • Have excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
      • Mentor peers and seek to be mentored by others
      • Are a self-starter and p roactive in seeking solutions to problems
      • Maintain a growth mindset during change and is an adopter of change
      • Network/collaborate with business partners and peers across other hub locations
      • Demonstrate the ability and desire to be coached/mentored by leadership and peers
      • Desire to consistently improve in the Learning Delivery Facilitator role by upskilling in areas of responsibility
