- Developing computer-based online training content and assessments
- Managing the programming and maintenance of online courses using both internal and external resources
- Recommending and implementing content conversion from current instructor-led training to online or virtual training
- Researching, recommending, and implementing new and alternative distance and mobile learning solutions
- Partnering with business leaders to develop training content
- Managing vendor relationships and updates
- Providing day-to-day support for functionality of online training within an LMS (SuccessFactors)
- 1 - 3 years' content design and development experience
- Demonstrated proficiency working with Learning Management Systems
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Captivate for eLearning creation
- Instructional Design and/or adult learning fundamentals
