  Job Description

  Cintas is seeking a Learning Experience Architect to assess, design, develop, and deliver innovative online learning and assessment solutions.

  Responsibilities include:

  • Developing computer-based online training content and assessments
  • Managing the programming and maintenance of online courses using both internal and external resources
  • Recommending and implementing content conversion from current instructor-led training to online or virtual training
  • Researching, recommending, and implementing new and alternative distance and mobile learning solutions
  • Partnering with business leaders to develop training content
  • Managing vendor relationships and updates
  • Providing day-to-day support for functionality of online training within an LMS (SuccessFactors)

  Skills/Qualifications

  Required

  • 1 - 3 years' content design and development experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency working with Learning Management Systems
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

  Preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Captivate for eLearning creation
  • Instructional Design and/or adult learning fundamentals
