      CSMART is looking for a Learning Experience Designer with strong Graphical and Video Content Creation skills to join our Future Curriculum and R&D – Standards & Design department.

      Job Description:

      This is your chance to become part of our fast-growing international organization as a Learning Experience Designer. Do you get excited about designing, revising, and developing instructor-led training and eLearning packages for diverse customer audiences?       As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing multimedia content that elevates the instructional design of CSMART’s training packages, with a particular emphasis on video content that drives engagement and improves learning outcomes.

      What will you amongst others be doing?

      Multimedia Content Creation and Instructional Design (L&D)

      • Design and produce multimedia content, based on sound instructional design principles, models, and strategies.
      • Contribute to instructional design strategies for course development, with a focus on integrating video content effectively.
      • Maintain quality standards in branding, style, and consistency during content creation.
      • Support corporate core values through creative, engaging design.

      Collaboration and Translation of Complex Information

      • Work alongside various departments, leaders, and subject matter experts to translate complex information into user-friendly video and multimedia formats.
      • Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to ensure content, particularly video content, is presented effectively and clearly.

      Digital Product Design Management

      • Assist in the visual and functional design of CSMART’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive experience.
      • Update existing learning (video) content and upload new content to digital platforms.

      Professional Development in Multimedia and Instructional Design

      • Develop new areas of expertise within multimedia and instructional design, with a particular focus on video content creation.
      • Learn new tools that support effective design and content creation.
      • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in both instructional design and video content creation.

      What are we looking for?

      • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in multimedia and instructional design, with an emphasis on video content creation. Experience in an educational or corporate setting is ideal. A portfolio showcasing your video content work is essential.
      • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a related field is desirable.
      • Skills:
        • Content organization skills.
        • Ability to transform abstract/technical concepts into engaging video content.
        • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools.
        • Knowledge of rapid authoring software/tools such as Articulate, Vyond, and Canva is a plus
      • Personal:
        • Creativity, a learning and growth mindset, adaptability, and flexibility.
        • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
        • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
