      Job Title: Learning Experience Designer/Developer II
      Location: 100% remote

      Duration: 6 months.
      Payrate: $35/hr - $43/hr


      Instructional Design and Storyboarding:
      o Develop comprehensive and effective instructional designs and storyboards specifically designed for Medical device company's learning modules.
      o Utilize adult learning principles and strategies to ensure content is engaging and learner-centric, specifically within the context of Medical device company.

      eLearning Content Development:
      o Create interactive and visually appealing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, tailored to Medical device company's specific requirements.
      o Incorporate multimedia elements, simulations, and other interactive components to enhance the learning experience for Medical device company employees.

      Training Materials Creation:
      o Develop training guides, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments that align with Medical device company's specific learning objectives and support different learning styles.
      o Ensure consistency and accuracy across all training materials tailored to Medical device company's unique needs.

      Multimedia Content Creation:
      o Produce engaging videos to supplement Medical device company's learning materials, utilizing video authoring tools and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
      o Edit and enhance multimedia content specifically for Medical device company to optimize impact and educational value.
      Project Management:
      o Manage multiple Medical device company projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
      o Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Medical device company stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for successful project execution.

      Train the Trainer:
      o Provide train-the-trainer sessions specifically designed to equip Medical device company facilitators with the necessary skills to deliver training effectively.
      o Support Medical device company trainers in understanding and implementing adult learning strategies within the organization's context.

      Quality Assurance:
      o Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of learning materials tailored to Medical device company to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
      o Implement improvements based on feedback and performance data specific to Medical device company's learning needs.

      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design
      • Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development specifically for or similar organizations.
      • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
      • Experience with video authoring tools and multimedia content creation.
      • Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, STAR), specifically within the context.
      • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
