What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform database queries, compile and analyze data, and furnish statistical analyses and reports on service delivery and scheduling
- Establish procedures for accurate data collection and entry into relevant databases
- Input and monitor data collection and reporting functions to support operations
- Provide website development, systems administration, and technical support for software applications
- Deliver training to staff on software applications and ensure classroom functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years' experience in data compilation, analysis, reporting, and database management
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
- Demonstrated experience providing Learning Management services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the FFSMIS system
- Experience in multi-tasking and customer service
- Proven ability to provide information and recommendations to leadership
