      As our Learning Operations Assistant, you can make a meaningful impact within the business, as you support the Learning Governance Manager in the management of governance and regulatory reporting. This is a role where you can make a tangible difference to our learning programme delivery within the business.

      What you'll do

      You will be administering processes for mandatory safe and legal training assignments across the business. With a meticulous eye for detail, you will support on the investigation of reported audit issues and administer learning updates due to regulation changes or regulator audit actions. As a great communicator, you will work with teams across the business, whether that’s supporting the legal team by providing reporting and information, the skills development team to ensure governance and compliance requirements are met, or our people capability partners to deliver of service level agreements to commercial business units. With an analytical mindset, you assist with periodic apprentice levy reporting whilst also supporting on reporting requirements for different teams. You will be responsible for the administration and compliance checking of our content management system to ensure version control is up to date and any non-compliance rectified.

      Who you are

      You have excellent organisational skills with tenacity and attention to detail. Your ability to understand the complexities of learning assignments and your analytical skills enable you to assimilate data and information efficiently. You excel in building relationships and managing stakeholders, while your strong communication skills facilitate effective collaboration. Comfortable with ambiguity, you thrive in an environment of rapid change and competing priorities. Always curious, you take an active interest in the industry and keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in learning.
