      The Details:

      Location: Hybrid work Headquartered in Downtown Seattle, remote work possible from AZ, CA, CO, ID, FL, OR, TN, VA, WA

      Work Schedule: Our typical business hours are 8:30-5:00 PT Monday-Friday.

      Travel Requirements: Up to 10%

      Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of the day.

      About the Position:

      Reporting to the Manager of Learning Portfolio, the Learning Product Lifecycle Manager II will oversee a suite of learning programs and products within the Training Partnership’s portfolio. This will include the oversight of development, management, implementation, evaluation and iteration of both existing and new programs and products which serves over 500 new caregivers entering the workforce every month. Our training portfolios currently consist of many different learning products that range from fully online products to 70 hour in-person trainings. Many of the products are localized and taught in multiple languages.

      You Will:

      • Review and identify opportunities for enhancing the existing learning products;
      • Facilitate market research with internal research team to drive change in areas of improvement;
      • Connect with internal and external stakeholders, including the caregiver communities, that will utilize the learning products to assess needs and preferences and support those needs for learning product strategy and solutions;
      • Manage projects related to development, implementation, promotion and upkeep of learning products;
      • Develop detailed project plans, including defining scope, setting milestones, and assigning tasks to team members;
      • Diagnose and address challenges in both newly launched and existing courses, proactively crafting effective solutions;
      • Develop, implement, and articulate resolutions and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and optimal course progression;
      • Lead coordination efforts with internal teams and vendors involved in all stages of life cycle management for learning products, including, setting timelines, testing, vendor coordination and deliverables;
      • Organize the review processes by, preparing presentations, scheduling and collaboration internally, externally and between internal and external stakeholders;
      • Work as the subject matter expert and drive decision making within our learning products;
      • Manage product playbook and associated product documentation;
      • Communicate product value to caregivers and key stakeholders across all channels through collaboration with Marketing and Communications team;
      • Stabilize and achieve operational excellence by evaluating and improving on existing, and, or build and implement new programmatic infrastructure, workflows and processes, policies and change management plans;
      • Monitor, analyze and report on impacts and outcomes of the learning products using various metrics;
      • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget;
      • Facilitate effective resource allocation and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources;
      • From time-to-time, perform other duties commensurate with the level of this position.

      You Will Need to Have:

      • A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, design thinking, program management, business administration or equivalent experience in lieu of education;
      • 3-5 years’ experience facilitating and managing highly diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders and partners while advocating for the portfolios’ success;
      • 2+ years’ experience with strategic problem solving and systems thinking skills;
      • Sound experience in program and project management;
      • Ability to dive into the details and prioritize issues and opportunities while maintaining sight of the “big picture”;
      • Experience with project scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking;
      • Excellent organizational skills;
      • An enjoyment of fast-paced, often ambiguous and changing environments and excellent change management skills;
      • An engaging and clear presentation style across different audiences with a direct and transparent communication style;
      • Aptitude and willingness to work across technological programs and systems;
      • Proven analytical skills and ability to convert performance metrics into improvement;
      • A great interest in improving the lives of caregivers, adults who are older, people with disabilities and the healthcare system.

      It Will Be Great if You Have:

      • Design Thinking Certification;
      • Instructional Design Certification;
      • Knowledge of competency-based education, adult learning methodologies and modern instructional design and delivery approaches;
      • Project Management Certification;
      • Process Improvement Certification.

      Salary Range:

      • $89,356.91 to $113,194.66
