What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with course and class setup, learner registration, and attendance
- Upload and configure learning content, build curriculums, and assemble tests
- Provide routine and ad hoc learning reports to various audiences
- Support content mapping, data migration, and validation activities
- Develop and improve proficiency with learning systems and authoring tools
- Assist with administrative tasks for the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support quality assurance and testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience managing learning systems and/or eLearning content authoring tools
- Proficiency with Intellum solutions Exceed LMS, Evolve, Level, and Tribe preferred
- Knowledge of industry practices and standards in learning systems or learning-focused software
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology, Learning Design and Technology, Computer Science, or similar
- Technical certifications or professional development related to LMS administration or similar preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams and subject matter specialists
- Experience building reports for technical and non-technical audiences
