Job Description

Develop, design and deliver learning initiatives (both in-person, online, and experiential) for a global audience
Perform learning needs analysis, provide consultative advice and expertise to business units
Develop, implement and recommend learning strategies
Measure effectiveness of learning of developed solutions
Maintain/update content and design of assigned learning programs
Work as a member of the Talent team to assist with team initiatives
Connect with and help shape our global community and best practices
Contribute in continually improving team’s processes and standards
Familiar with human resources principles in the areas of: learning, performance management and leadership programs
Knowledge of eLearning development concepts, principles and methodologies
Knowledge of video content production and editing an asset
Clearly identify and articulate internal customer needs and how they arrived at the recommended solution
Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation/facilitation skills; previous live training or presentation experience required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including writing, listening, speaking, and facilitating
Formal training in adult learning principles; designing and delivering training is an asset
Knowledge of experiential learning design methods is an asset
Experience in developing programs that develop technical and knowledge based skills as well as people-focussed skills
Ability to manage higher workloads during busier seasons (product releases, new initiative announcements, etc)
Enthusiasm for learning and helping people reach their full potential (including themselves!)

Experience with the following tools would be an asset: Articulate Rise/360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Survey Monkey, Workday (WD Learning) or similar LMS
Salary range for this position is between $65,000-75,000 CAD deending on experience.
