What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain and assist with content, records, and activity in the LMS
- Coordinate the use of online learning resources provided by the Learning Center
- Assist end-users in effectively utilizing Learning Systems
- Ensure the accuracy and functionality of the Learning Management Systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 1-2 years of technical support and customer service experience, or
- High School diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience in technical support and customer service roles
- Willingness to receive seasonal influenza vaccine and other immunizations as required
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with employees, patients, and visitors
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency

- Experience in providing support for Learning Management Systems
- Familiarity with online learning resources and educational technologies
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
