What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the planning, development, and delivery of global customer learning events and programs
- Supervise and lead Regional Program Managers to ensure successful implementation of programs
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide updates on project progress
- Develop and improve operational workflows, policies, and procedures
- Oversee project budgets and ensure alignment with organizational guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in program and project management methods and principles
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in program management software, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in budget management and commercial awareness
- Experience in the learning industry is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various program management methodologies
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Background in customer service or client management
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes in learning and development
