- Serve as the primary contact person and problem-solver for all lease-related and landlord-related issues
- Manage and maintain the Master Lease Database, which includes tracking critical lease dates, renewals, terminations, purchase options.
- Administer Monthly Rent Process & Calculate rent adjustments
- Review and abstract lease documents
- Draft official notices and communications
- Lead Administrator for the Real Estate Department for the lease accounting software (Tango)
- Address issues and answer questions from landlords, associations, and municipalities
- Provide consistent reporting and communication to landlords, associations, municipalities, and Meritage
- Coordinate lease termination process and coordinate surrender of possession to landlords
- Coordinate Franchise Agreements and renewals
- Provide miscellaneous lease-related support to Real Estate Team members
- Coordinate Property Tax appeals under supervision of Real Estate Portfolio Manager
- Assist Portfolio Manager with various departmental reports and projections
- Facilitate Lease Form Management
- Other Duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Independent problem solver
- High level of attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel

Meritage Hospitality Group is seeking a Lease Administrator to join the team!
What You’ll Do:
The Lease Administrator is the “voice” of Meritage with our 350+ landlords. This role will spend a large portion of their work responding to and solving various lease/property related issues, then reporting back to the landlords in an accurate and composed manner. The Lease Administrator will work with database and lease administration software to ensure that we track and manage critical lease dates – expirations, renewals, terminations, etc. The Lease Administrator will review and analyze lease documents and well as administer the monthly rent process.
