- Support the management of existing property investments and data center customer documents by developing and maintaining key documents, such as lease agreements, commission agreements, occupancy reports, and detailed tenant accounts.
- Input and monitor monthly billing expenses as it relates to the properties’ lease agreements, such as recurring charges and setup fees
- Develop all agreements for each new lease profile and organize final packages for property team to review and approve
- Complete accurate lease abstraction.
- Continuous monitoring, tracking and reporting critical dates as it relates to the lease or contract related clauses and deadlines.
- Prepare and handle lease correspondence (default notices, lease notices, violations and collections).
- Review leases relative to pertinent information including free rent, prepaid rent, security deposits, etc.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports for management and owners.
- Ensure data integrity.
- Set-up and maintain reminders for portfolios.
- Upload and bookmark files accurately.
- Create and conduct audit functions.
- Generate standard real estate reports, ad hoc reports, and conduct research.
- Calculate, prepare invoice and track leasing commissions.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships

- Provide ad-hoc administrative support and special projects as requested
- Communicate regularly with management and various business units
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or paralegal, accounting or property management fields having worked in either (or both) the Landlord or Tenant sector.
- Telecom industry and prior data center experience a plus
- Understanding and ability to interpret commercial real estate leases and licenses
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills; MRI or similar software experience a plus
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience working independently as well as collaboratively; effectively managingpriorities while meeting hard deadlines
- Possess a desire to learn and grow, with a constant eye for creating efficiency
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills
- Be a detail-oriented problem solver, working towards meaningful solutions at all times

Who We Need
To support Netrality’s continued growth, we seek a seasoned professional looking to expand on their commercial real-estate lease administration career. The Lease Administrator will play an integral part in creating and maintaining the key real-estate, data center customer, and financial documents for our vast property portfolio. This person will run point on all administrative requests related to our asset management team and related properties. The successful team member will leverage their experience to assist with a variety of administrative responsibilities, including tenant account setup, development and maintenance of lease documents, reviewing and maintaining billing reports for our properties on a regular basis, and other general administration duties. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Leadership, Property Management, Sales, and Accounting teams.
