What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct audits of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges and other facilities-related expenses
- Analyze lease language to ensure charges are compliant with lease agreements
- Process variable payment reimbursements to landlords for operating expenses
- Identify areas for cost minimization and savings opportunities
- Communicate findings to internal stakeholders and business partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2-5 years of related experience in Audit, Accounting, or Real Estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Lease Accounting or Contract Administration
- Understanding of Real Estate terminology and practices
