      The Lease Operations Analyst provides commercial, cross-functional, and analytical support for the South Texas and Louisiana lease field office on a wide range of lease purchase, accounting and financial activities.

      Responsibilities May Include

      • Handling DOI/RPA/Accounting issues; mis hauls; S-4 Accounting issues (contracts, stations, benchmarks, tariffs, systems, settlement)
      • Researching operator questions and lease set-up and maintenance issues (SAP & RA Financials), office O&O (SAP) and reconciling customer Pricing Agreements
      • Backing up lease set-ups, pricing, and maintenance for division order and contact customers, first run processing, special processing, special pricing, meeting planning and coordinating
      • Sharing communications and training issues that affect all fields
      • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external and internal customers to assist in resolving lease purchase, quality and logistical issues and problems using a general interest approach
      • Tracking Gain/loss and earnings across regional areas
      • Communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations while handling competing demands


      Required Qualifications

      • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
      • Bachelor's Degree
      • 3 or more years of experience extracting data, working with data tools (MS Excel and/or MS Access), and drawing appropriate conclusions from data
      • 1 or more years’ experience with SAP processes

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Proficient in SAP Global
      • Proficient utilizing S-4, SAP UI, PRA, MS SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
      • Proven strong analytical, accounting, and problem-solving skills to accurately interpret and provide meaningful solutions and recommendations. These skills are required as a base for learning the specific position responsibilities, which include resolving division order/ownership problems, accounting questions, graphics packages, database manipulation and other software applications
      • Highly developed interpersonal skills
      • Self-motivated, ability to initiate action, be persistent without being obtrusive
      • Applies sound economic evaluation principles to guide decision-making
      • Builds strong and balanced relationships both externally and internally
      • Able to understand and evaluate financial impacts of activities
      • Encourages teamwork within and across organizational boundaries
      • Decisive and results-oriented
      • Data Modeling experience
