      Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle clé dans le succès global de l’équipe grâce à son rôle administratif et de soutien à la clientèle. Il/elle contribuera à offrir un service client exemplaire et à gérer les processus de l’équipe pour respecter les délais critiques. Ainsi que

      Responsabilités :

      • Soutenir le vice-président REMS pour la région du Québec et collaborer avec les équipes de location, de comptabilité, de gestion immobilière et de gestion de projets.

      • Coordonner avec les agents de location pour structurer, documenter et présenter les transactions, commander les rapports de crédit à la consommation et maintenir les rapports de suivi des commissions.

      • Recueillir les informations de reporting auprès des équipes de location, de gestion immobilière, de comptabilité, de gestion de projets et d’autres sources sur une base hebdomadaire, bimensuelle, mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle (financières et non financières) selon les besoins du VP REMS – Québec.

      • Préparer les modèles de rapports et les formats requis dans Excel et Word.

      • Compiler les rapports par propriété, région et client selon les besoins.

      • Sous supervision, superviser la préparation des présentations et d’autres documents nécessaires pour les réunions d’équipe et les propositions clients.

      • Traiter les baux exécutés et les documents relatifs à la location, recueillir la documentation pertinente liée aux dossiers d’approbation des ententes, y compris aider à formuler des recommandations.

      • Analyser, rapporter et recommander des opportunités d’affaires potentielles en analysant les stratégies de marché, les exigences des ententes, leur potentiel et les aspects financiers, en évaluant les options et en résolvant les priorités internes.

      • Soutenir l’équipe dans l’élaboration des budgets annuels de location et les efforts de révision des prévisions.

      • Gérer le programme/processus de location.

      Profil recherché :

      • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l’immobilier commercial.

      • Capacité à offrir un excellent service client à tous les niveaux de l’organisation ainsi qu’aux partenaires externes, avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles et en leadership.

      • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps, capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

      • Haut niveau de professionnalisme et excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.

      • Excellentes compétences en communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

      • Capacité à effectuer des tâches administratives selon les besoins.

      • Expérience dans la création de processus pertinents au rôle, ainsi qu’une capacité d’adaptation à différents logiciels spécifiques aux clients.

      • Un permis de courtier immobilier est considéré comme un atout.

      • Une expérience avec Yardi est considérée comme un atout.

      • Connaissance et compréhension de la documentation immobilière, notamment les offres de location et les lettres d’intention pour les espaces de bureaux et industriels.

      • Compréhension de base de l’analyse financière, y compris les concepts de flux de trésorerie et de valeur actualisée.

      • Solides compétences en planification et en organisation, avec une capacité marquée à prioriser les tâches pour les mener à bien.

      • Proactif(ve), axé(e) sur les solutions et doté(e) d’un bon suivi.

      • Maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint.

      • Capacité démontrée à apprendre de nouveaux systèmes.

      • Grand sens de l’initiative, autonomie et solide éthique de travail.

      • Précision dans la saisie de données et grand souci du détail.

      • Capacité à gérer, prioriser et mener à bien plusieurs tâches dans des délais serrés.

      This position is for a Portfolio and Leasing Coordinator for our Montreal office.

      The successful candidate will become a key player in the overall team’s success through your administrative and client supporting role. The candidate will be involved in ensuring exemplary client service and managing the team’s processes in order to meet critical deadlines, as well as;

      • Support VP REMS Quebec region and collaborate with leasing, accounting, property management and project management teams.

      • Coordinate with leasing agents to structure, document and present transactions, order consumer credit reports and maintain commission tracker reports.

      • Collect reporting information from leasing, property management, accounting and project management teams and other sources on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis (financial and non-financial) as required by VP of REMS Quebec Region.

      • Prepare report templates and formats as required in Excel and Word formats.

      • Compile reports by property, region and Client as required.

      • With direction, oversee the preparation of presentations and other documents needed for team meetings and client proposals.

      • Support the team in annual leasing budgets and reforecasting efforts.

      • Manage the leasing program/process.

      • You will process executed lease and leasing-related paperwork and collect pertinent documentation relevant to deal approval packages, including assisting in formulating deal recommendations.

      What you’ll bring

      • A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in the commercial real estate industry.

      • Ability to deliver excellent customer service to all levels of the organization and with external partners as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

      • Possess strong organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

      • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.

      • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

      • Perform administrative tasks as required

      • Real estate license is considered an asset.

      • Yardi experience would be an asset.

      • Understanding and working knowledge of real estate documentation, including offers to lease and letters of intent for office and industrial properties

      • You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.

      • Proactive, Solution-oriented and with good follow-through.

      • Strong customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.

      • Must have computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

      • Exhibits high level of initiative, self-starter and strong work ethic.

      • Demonstrated accuracy in inputting data and high attention to detail.

      • Ability to complete, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks under time-sensitive deadlines.

      • Experience in creating processes relevant to the role, along with adapting to a variety of client-specific software.
