- Real estate license or certification.
- Experience with property management software and leasing tools.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements and related documentation.
- Respond to inquiries from potential tenants and provide information about properties and leasing terms.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, lease agreements, and property listings.
- Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and ensure property maintenance.
