      The Leasing Consultant is responsible for every phase of the leasing/occupancy process, including maintaining exceptional customer service with prospects and residents, marketing the property to meet occupancy goals, reviewing certifications and re-certifications, and reporting.

      Pay: $20.00-23.00/hour DOE

      Duties:

      • Prepare the day for guests (office and show units presentable, retrieve messages). Prepare materials before the office opens.
      • Serve residents by writing service requests, completing service call backs, and follow through on special requests.
      • Design campaigns to generate activity, cold call businesses to get leads, and decorate units to become show units.
      • Attend social events and represent the property in a way that brings credibility to the site and staff.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service, sales, or related field required; one year in a leasing position preferred.
      • Sales experience with a proven track record.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • College or real estate-related supplemental courses.
      • Occupancy certification.
      • Excellent understanding of the occupancy standards and processes.

      Knowledge and Skills

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
      • Operate required technological systems that run the property, including multiple incoming phone lines.
      • Stamina for fast paced working environment.
