Job Description

- Welcome prospective residents; learn more about what their living needs are, tour the community; and find the connection between their needs and our amenities.
- Follow up with prospects and work toward selling our communities to our prospects.
- Complete all the steps that go with the lease application process.
- Express yourself as an expert on our community offerings, rents and amenities.
- Perform off-site and internet market research and assist in preparing marketing plans.
- Assist with coordinating resident social events and functions to assure our residents love where they live.

Our multi-family community, Lakes of Northdale, currently has a full-time Leasing Professional opportunity available.As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to energetically and professionally represent our incredible, cutting edge, and fast-growing company to current residents and future residents. You’ll have a chance to build new and long-term relationships with residents and co-workers, while also acting as a product matter expert and valuable resource for property information. Best of all, you’ll have a chance to use your charisma and sales experience to market and sell our fabulous multi-family homes to our customers.
